Applications & Payments

• Visa applications must be submitted through dubaivisabooking.com or directly with our support team.
• Full payment is required before we submit your application to UAE immigration.
• Prices may change without prior notice; the price confirmed at checkout is the price you pay.
• Payments must be made through the payment methods offered on our website.

Pricing & What Is Included

• The price shown for each visa includes the sponsored visa fee and our service fee, itemised before you pay.
• Optional services, such as Express or Urgent processing, are charged only when you select them.
• Any change in government fees or taxes imposed by the authorities may be passed on to the applicant.

Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellation requests must be made in writing to support@dubaivisabooking.com.
• Once an application has been submitted to immigration, the visa fee and service fee are non-refundable. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
• Approved refunds are usually processed within 7–21 business days.

Documents & Visa Responsibility

• You are responsible for providing a valid passport and accurate, genuine documents.
• Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from your date of entry into the UAE.
• You must check the details on your approved e-visa against your passport and tell us immediately if anything does not match.
• Dubai Visa Booking is not responsible for visa rejection or delays decided by UAE immigration.

Processing Time

Processing times shown on our website are estimates based on normal working conditions. Immigration workload, public holidays, additional security checks or missing documents can extend them, and we cannot guarantee a decision by a particular date.

Changes to an Application

• Requests to change application details must be made before the application is submitted.
• Changes after submission may require a new application and a new fee.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide complete, true and accurate information in your application.
• Comply with UAE laws and the conditions of your visa, including the permitted length of stay.
• Any fines for overstaying or breaching visa conditions are the visa holder’s responsibility.

Limitation of Liability

Dubai Visa Booking acts as your agent and sponsor in submitting your visa application. We are not responsible for:

• Decisions made by UAE immigration or border officers, including refusal of entry
• Flight delays, cancellations or travel plans affected by the timing of a visa decision
• Losses arising from incorrect information supplied by the applicant

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, system outages at the authorities, war or civil unrest.

Intellectual Property

• All content on this website, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to Dubai Visa Booking.
• Copying or reusing it without written permission is not allowed.

Privacy

Personal information you share with us is used to process your visa and support your application, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
