The 14 Days Dubai Visa is the shortest tourist visa we arrange: a single entry with up to 14 days in the UAE from the day you land. It is a good fit for a long weekend, a trade show, a family occasion or a first look at Dubai.
The visa can be used any time within 58 days of issue, so you can apply ahead of your trip and travel when you are ready.

Who the 14 Days Dubai Visa Suits
- Short holidays and city breaks of up to two weeks.
- Family events such as weddings or Eid visits.
- Short business visits — meetings, exhibitions and conferences (not paid work).
- Longer layovers where a transit visa's 48 or 96 hours is not enough.
Eligibility
You can apply if:
- Your nationality needs a visa to enter the UAE — the search above shows whether yours does. Visa-free and GCC passport holders do not need this visa for a normal visit.
- Your passport is valid for at least 6 months from your arrival date.
- You are visiting for tourism, to see family or friends, or for a short business meeting — not to take up paid work.
- You have no unresolved immigration case, absconding report or earlier overstay in the UAE.
Every UAE visit visa needs a UAE-based sponsor. We act as that sponsor for you, so you do not need a relative or hotel in the UAE to apply.
Documents Required
- Passport bio page — a clear colour scan showing the whole page, including the two machine-readable lines at the bottom. The passport must be valid for at least 6 months from your arrival date.
- Personal photograph — recent, in colour, front-facing, on a plain white background, with no sunglasses, caps or heavy shadows.
- Travel details — your planned arrival date and, where requested, a return or onward flight reservation and your hotel booking or host's address.
- Anything extra we ask for — immigration can request additional documents for some nationalities or profiles. If that happens we tell you exactly what is needed.
Everything is uploaded online. There is no embassy appointment and nothing to courier.
Validity vs Stay: Two Different Dates
Validity (58 Days) is the window, counted from the issue date, in which you must enter the UAE. Stay (14 Days) is how long you may remain once you have entered, counted from your entry stamp.
Example: if your visa is issued on 1 March and you land on 20 March, your 14 days start on 20 March — not on 1 March. If you do not enter before the validity window closes, the visa lapses unused and a new application is needed.
Single Entry: What It Means
The 14 Days Dubai Visa allows one entry. Once you leave the UAE the visa is used up, even if days of your stay remain — a day trip to Oman or a stopover elsewhere ends it.
If your itinerary includes leaving and coming back, choose a multiple-entry visa instead, such as the 30 Days Multiple Entry Visa or the 60 Days Multiple Entry Visa.
How to Apply for the 14 Days Dubai Visa
- Choose your passport and travel country. Use the search at the top of this page — pick the nationality on your passport and the country you are travelling from.
- Pick the 14 Days Dubai Visa. The next page lists only the visas your passport can actually apply for, with the live price and processing time for each.
- Fill in one online form. Add every traveller to the same application — each person, including children, needs their own visa.
- Upload your documents. A colour passport scan and a photo are enough for most applicants; we tell you straight away if anything else is needed.
- Pay securely. You see the sponsored visa fee and service fee before you pay by card.
- Receive your e-visa by email. Track progress with your application ID on the visa status page, then check every detail on the approved visa against your passport.
Your nationality decides which Dubai visas are available to you, so we always start from your passport rather than sending everyone to the same form.
Passport and Photo Checks That Prevent Delays
Most delays come from small, avoidable document problems. Before you upload, check that:
- The scan is in colour, sharp and free of glare, with no corner cut off or covered by a finger.
- The name you type matches the passport exactly, including middle names, in the same order.
- Your date of birth and passport number are entered exactly as printed.
- The photo background is plain white and your face is fully visible.
- The passport has at least 6 months left on your arrival date — renew it first if it does not.
Our team reviews every file before it reaches immigration and asks you to re-upload anything that is likely to be queried.
If You Need More Time
If two weeks turn out to be too short, an extension can often be arranged from inside the UAE before your 14 days end. If you already think you will stay longer, it is usually simpler to apply for the 30 Days Single Entry Visa from the start.
| Option | Added stay | Leave the UAE? | Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| 30 Days Inside Country Extension | 30 days | No | AED 1,839 |
| 60 Days Inside Country Extension | 60 days | No | AED 2,209 |
| 30 Days A2A Extension | 30 days | Brief exit and same-day return | AED 1,649 |
| 60 Days A2A Extension | 60 days | Brief exit and same-day return | AED 2,099 |
Apply for any extension several working days before your current stay ends — never after it.
14 Days or 30 Days?
| Visa | Stay | Validity | Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| 14 Days Dubai Visa | 14 days | 58 days | AED 519 |
| 30 Days Single Entry Visa | 30 days | 58 days | AED 589 |
| 96 Hours Transit Visa | 96 hours | 30 days | AED 449 |
Choose by the length of your trip plus a few days' buffer for flight changes.
Do Not Overstay
Your 14 days stay ends on a fixed date. Staying in the UAE beyond it without a valid extension is an overstay: UAE immigration charges a fine for every extra day, and a serious overstay can lead to an entry ban or make future visa applications harder.
Fine amounts and any grace period are set by UAE immigration and can change, so do not rely on them as extra time. If your plans change, apply for an extension before your last permitted day, or book your departure in time.
TipNote your last permitted day as soon as you land — it is counted from your entry stamp, not from the day the visa was issued.
Tips for a Smooth Application
- Apply at least a week before you fly so there is time to fix any document query.
- Book refundable or changeable flights until your visa is approved.
- Apply for the whole family in one application so every visa is processed together.
- Save the e-visa PDF on your phone and keep a printed copy — airlines check it at check-in.
- Do not leave the UAE mid-trip unless you are ready to apply for a new visa to come back.
Good to knowAn approved visa lets you travel, but the final decision to admit you is made by the immigration officer on arrival. Carry your return ticket and accommodation details in case you are asked.
