At Dubai Visa Booking we aim to be clear about when money can and cannot be returned. This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for the Dubai visa services we provide.
General Refund Policy
All refund requests are reviewed by Dubai Visa Booking. Whether a refund is possible depends on how far your application has progressed when you ask.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method.
- Approved refunds are usually processed within 7–21 business days.
- Bank charges, transaction fees or currency conversion costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
Visa Fees
- Visa fees are non-refundable once the application has been submitted to UAE immigration.
- If a visa is rejected, the visa fee and our service fee remain non-refundable.
- A refund may be considered only if the application has not yet been submitted and you ask us to cancel it within a reasonable time.
Important: visa approval is solely at the discretion of UAE immigration authorities. Dubai Visa Booking is not responsible for rejections.
Express & Urgent Processing
Express and Urgent fees pay for priority handling of your file. They are non-refundable once the application has been submitted, even if immigration takes longer than the estimated time.
Cancellation by Dubai Visa Booking
If we are unable to submit your application for reasons on our side, we will offer you a full refund of the amount paid or, if you prefer, process an alternative visa type.
Force Majeure
No refund is due for delays or disruption caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, political instability or outages of the immigration systems.
How to Request a Refund
- Send a written request to support@dubaivisabooking.com.
- Include your application ID and the name on the application.
- Tell us why you are requesting the refund.
Changes to This Policy
Dubai Visa Booking may update this Refund Policy at any time. The version published on this page applies to applications paid on or after its “Last updated” date.
